Healthy Meals

Healthy food is food considered beneficial to human health and a healthy diet required for human nutrition. According to the FDA, "Health claims describe a relationship between a food, food component, or dietary supplement ingredient, and reducing risk of a disease or health-related condition". In general, claims of health benefits for specific foodstuffs have not been evaluated by national regulatory agencies. Additionally, research funded by manufacturers or marketers that may form the basis of such marketing claims has been shown to result in more favorable results than independently funded research.

Foods marketed as "healthy" may be natural foods, organic foods, whole foods, and sometimes vegetarian or dietary supplements. Such products are sold in health food stores or in the health/organic sections of supermarkets.

Dear parents

It is noticed that some parents send same dishes like Paratha / Biscuits & Namkeen in the Lunch-box of a chid daily, so that he/she gets bore by taking the same dishes daily, aslo he/she does not get full physical development by taking same dishes. That’s why we have decided weekly schedule of dishes for all students, which ar commonly liked by children & we want your co-operation for this, so that every child can get confidence & physical development.

  DAYS DISHES
1. Monday Sandwich
2. Tuesday Paratha along with vegetable & Pickle
3. Wednesday Biscuits & Namkeen
4. Thursday Fruits
5. Friday Stuffed Paratha
6. Saturday Any thing of your choice

Note :

1 Non-vg and eggs are strictly not allowed in lunch-box.
2 Handkerchief should be given to students.
3 Although water is available in school, but please send the water bottle with your child.
4 Napkins should also be send in tiffi-box daily.
5 Lunch menu should be followed strictly.
